    Thanks for posting this instead of something along the lines of “You know, you should really be working until midnight on December 31st so your donors feel APPRECIATED when they want to make those last-minute gifts!”

      You are most welcome. I feel like we sometimes focus too much on the mountain that’s left. Every once in a while, we should take the time to consider what has been accomplished. It makes the mountain ahead seem more doable.
